During this event\, residents can receive one-on-one support applying for utility assistance programs\, including rental and energy support for those who qualify. Representatives from Spire and partner organizations will be available to help residents understand available programs and complete applications. \nRepresentatives from Spire\, Ameren\, Community Action Agency of St. Louis County\, Inc.
