DESCRIPTION:Barnes-Jewish Hospital Women & Infants and Raising St. Louis have partnered to offer a four-part series focused on key wellness topics for moms\, who often set the tone for the health of their families and communities. Part 2 of this series\, “Growing Your Family Your Way\,” will focus on health promotion before\, during\, and after pregnancy. \nThis event will provide an overview of the following topics: \n\nPreparing for a healthy pregnancy\nHealth and wellness during pregnancy\nPostpartum Self care\nPregnancy spacing and ongoing support\n\nThis event will be led by a highly experienced Barnes-Jewish Hospital Women’s Health nurse and expert staff from Washington University School of Medicine’s Contraceptive Choice Center.
