Barnes-Jewish Hospital Women & Infants and Raising St. Louis have partnered to offer a four-part series focused on key wellness topics for moms, who often set the tone for the health of their families and communities. Part 2 of this series, “Growing Your Family Your Way,” will focus on health promotion before, during, and after pregnancy.
This event will provide an overview of the following topics:
- Preparing for a healthy pregnancy
- Health and wellness during pregnancy
- Postpartum Self care
- Pregnancy spacing and ongoing support
This event will be led by a highly experienced Barnes-Jewish Hospital Women’s Health nurse and expert staff from Washington University School of Medicine’s Contraceptive Choice Center. Snacks and drinks will be available, as well as a very special gift from our family to yours. Please register to reserve your spot today!
