Community Impact Network Hosts Energy Assistance Event in Partnership with Spire

On Thursday, December 11, the Community Impact Network was proud to partner with and host Spire Energy as they held their Energy Assistance Event, drawing over 50 individuals and families seeking assistance during the holiday season.
Residents were able to speak with Customer Support Specialists from Spire and receive assistance with filling out applications for their programs, which met their specific needs.
In addition to Spire Energy, representatives from the following organizations also assisted attendees with various needs, including the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), rental assistance and additional utility assistance:
- Ameren
- Community Action Agency of St. Louis County, Inc. (CAASTLC)
- Project Clear (Missouri Sewer District)
- St. Louis Area Foodbank
- United Way
- Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis
The Network would like to extend its gratitude to Spire Energy and thank the organizations that graciously took the time to provide residents within the 24:1 community with relief.
