Honoring Service in the 24:1: Network Leaders Named in the 2026 St. Louis Business 500

At the Community Impact Network (Network), we believe impact is measured by how we show up in service to the 24:1 community, and that impact is being recognized across our region.

Network President and CEO Neosha Franklin, along with several leaders from Network member organizations, has been named to the 2026 St. Louis Magazine Business 500, an annual list honoring the region’s most influential, innovative, and community-driven leaders.

This year’s recognition highlights leaders who are not only shaping systems but also strengthening communities. Many of those honored serve the 24:1 community, demonstrating what it means to put impact into action every day.

Franklin was recognized as a “Mover & Shaker,” an achievement reserved for leaders who work to bring people together, strengthen neighborhoods, and ensure growth is guided by and shared with the community. Her leadership reflects the Network’s commitment to advancing collaborative solutions that support families and individuals across the 24:1 footprint.

She is joined in this recognition by Dr. Terry Harris, founder and Executive Director of The Legacy Center, whose work continues to expand access to youth programming, professional development, and holistic wellness opportunities for residents in the 24:1 community.

This year’s Business 500 also features some leaders from more than the Network’s 80-plus member organizations, including:

Together, these leaders represent a network of service; organizations and individuals working across sectors to meet needs, remove barriers and create pathways to opportunity throughout the 24:1 community.

We celebrate Network President and CEO Neosha Franklin, Dr. Harris, and all those recognized. Their leadership is not only shaping organizations but also strengthening communities and advancing a shared vision of impact in action.
