Who We Are

Programs Achieving Quality (PAQ) is a collaboration between Urban Sprouts Child Development Center, United 4 Children, S.T.A.R. for Early Childhood Educators, Belle Children’s Services of St. Louis Arc and early childhood providers in the 24:1 community in North St. Louis County.

PAQ unties the community by upholding high standards of quality and fostering collaboration that builds on the strengths of families and educators. Together, PAQ is changing the narrative around early learning through a commitment to joy, excellence and inclusivity.
