Ending 2025 With Gratitude

Dear Friends,

As 2025 comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on what it truly means to build equity by serving those who create opportunities within the 24:1 community. This year has been filled with challenges, resilience, and powerful reminders that when we show up together—consistently and with care—community changes.

Because of you—our Network Members, partners, supporters, neighbors and champions—we were able to make meaningful strides across our priority areas of health babies, basic needs, the youth continuum and community investment.

Here are a few moments that capture the heart of this year:

  • We welcomed 10 new Network Members, expanding the circle of organizations and leaders committed to serving families across the 24:1 community.
  • Together, we helped mobilize millions to serve community, strengthening programs, partnerships and wraparound support for families.
  • In response to devastation caused by tornadoes, our Network stepped up with supplies and volunteer hours to support relief efforts, reminding us that service means responding in real time when our neighbors need us most.
  • We hosted Wellness in the Field, providing self-care and wellness support for more than 200 direct service providers—the very people who pour into others every single day.
  • We welcomed three new teammates to the Network team, strengthening our capacity and deepening our collective commitment to service.
  • Through our partnership with Equity Homes, we renovated and sold six new homes, moving us closer to a community where families can live with stability, pride and possibility.
  • And throughout the year, we strengthened our network with over 20 partnerships and supported several community events, showing up in ways both big and small that matter deeply.
  • We also had the honor of recognizing excellence and commitment by honoring more than 70 direct service providers at our Annual Awards Ceremony—a celebration of the hearts and hands that make community care real.

None of this work is done alone. Every outcome represents people—families, children, educators, providers, volunteers and partners—who choose to believe in what is possible when we work together with purpose.

As we head into the new year, my hope is that you carry pride in what we have accomplished—and renewed energy for what we will continue building. The needs remain real, but so does our collective power to respond with compassion, strategy and unwavering commitment.

From all of us at the Community Impact Network: thank you for your trust, your partnership and your belief in our shared mission.

With gratitude,
