Growing the Network Team to Expand Impact

The Community Impact Network is excited to be expanding and growing capacity for impact across the 24:1 community. As the Network continues to grow, intentional investments in leadership, service delivery and internal systems are paramount—ensuring that the Network remains positioned to meet the needs of Network Members and the families served
These updates reflect growth as an organization and the Network’s deep commitment to building strong, aligned teams that can deliver community-centered impact with excellence.
Leadership Update: Strategy & Service
After years of dedication to the Network and to service, Ailey Pope has been promoted to Vice President of Strategy and Service and continues to serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team.
In this expanded role, Ailey serves as my primary strategic thought partner and second-in-command for strategic service delivery—working closely with the Network’s President and CEO to strengthen delivery, scalability, and service alignment across the Network. Ailey will provide executive-level leadership on service strategy, community investment priorities and initiatives that require strong cross-team coordination and execution.
Ailey will also collaborates closely with the Board and leadership team to develop and implement short- and long-term strategic plans aligned with the Network’s mission, vision, and priority areas. In addition, she is leading the continued buildout of the Network’s continuum(s) of support and impact, advancing the model originally envisioned by the Board years ago.
Welcoming the Director of Service
The Network is also excited to welcome Zasmine Johnson as Director of Service.
In this role, Zasmine will oversee the Network’s Service Department, providing leadership across service, data and community impact functions. She will partner closely with the Vice President of Strategy and Service to shape service strategy, strengthen the Network’s service framework, support funded members and advance equitable outcomes for families throughout the 24:1 footprint.
A St. Louis native, Zasmine brings extensive nonprofit leadership, program development, and community engagement experience. She has previously held leadership roles at Girls Inc. and the Clark-Fox Family Foundation, and she actively serves her community through board service and her church’s Helping Hands Ministry. Zasmine holds a bachelor’s degree in health science and a master’s degree in public health from the University of Missouri–Columbia and is deeply passionate about partnering with students and families across the 24:1 community.
Strengthening the Accounting & Operations Team
To support the continued growth and complexity of work, the Network has expanded accounting and administrative capacity.
Danielle Boyer joins the Network as Staff Accountant. Danielle brings experience across retail, property management, and nonprofit operations, with a strong reputation for staying organized and improving day-to-day processes. Outside of work, she is a proud hockey mom who spends much of her time traveling to practices, games, and tournaments. Danielle also enjoys remodeling projects, community involvement and finding humor in the everyday chaos.
We are also excited to welcome Makya Chambers as Administrative Accounting and Office Assistant. Makya was born and raised in Columbia, Missouri, and moved to St. Louis just before her senior year of high school. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business management with a minor in accounting and supports both office operations and accounting functions at the Network.
Previously, Makya served as Office Manager at Youth in Need, where she supported multiple departments including HR, Accounting, and Early Learning. Outside of work, she is a proud mom to her nine-year-old son and enjoys movies, music, concerts, and board games. As Makya puts it, she’s a “self-proclaimed nerd” who most enjoys spending time with her family.
Internal Promotions & Role Expansions
The Network has several internal promotions and expanded roles that strengthen how operations and service will operate and serve Network Members.
Alycia Davis – Service Impact Specialist
Alycia Davis, formally the Front Desk Coordinator, has now transitioned to the role of Service Impact Specialist. will support the Service Team by coordinating logistics for meetings and events, maintaining key data and communication systems, and strengthening relationships with Network Members and partners. She also supports engagement tracking, produces clear meeting summaries, and ensures details remain organized across tools such as Salesforce and Monday.com.
Kayla Gillispie – Graphic Design Coordinator
Formally, the Multimedia Specialist, Kayla Gillispie is has been promoted to Graphic Design Coordinator. This new expanded role reflects her growing leadership in visual storytelling and brand management. She coordinates, creates, and manages visual content across print, digital, and social platforms, supporting marketing, communications, and events. Kayla also collaborates on website updates and works across departments to deliver polished, timely design solutions.
Gabby Ochoa – Senior Manager of Community Impact
As a key connector, Gabby was formally the Network Manager and has elevated to Senior Manager of Community Impact where she will lead relationship-building with Network Members through consistent communication, check-ins and collaborative workgroups. She will support service initiatives, track engagement and impact, lead signature events such as Wellness in the Field and Beyond the Backpack, and will supervise the Service Impact Specialist.
Morgan LeBaige – Senior Manager of Data
Morgan, previously the Data manager, has been promoted to the Senior Manager of Data, and will oversee the Network’s data strategy and systems, including Salesforce administration, reporting and dashboards, and data documentation and training. She will supervise the Data and Service System Coordinator, ensuring strong internal support and high-quality insights that help the Network measure impact and align priorities.
